The Scappoose Public Library provides free services to all residents living within the boundaries of the Scappoose Public Library District. The Library District includes all of the City of Scappoose and some nearby areas, with a total population of over 12,000. Library services are available to those living outside the district for a fee. Books, magazines, audiobooks, CDs, and DVDs are available to check-out. In addition, there are 10 computers available for Internet use. All include Microsoft Office Suite.
