Save Our Symphony Pittsburgh

Save Our Symphony (S.O.S.) is hosting a concert on September 13 as a prelude to the annual 5K Walk/Run fundraiser, organized by our wonderful PSO musicians, the following weekend. Both concert and 5K share the goal of supporting music education in our schools. The concert will be informal, interactive, and family-friendly with arrangements of favorites from jazz to classical. There is no cost to reserve tickets but 100% of your free-will donations will go towards providing instruments for children, bus transportation to "SchoolTime" concerts at Heinz Hall, music scores and more in the Pittsburgh public schools. We hope you will spread the word to family and friends, especially families with school age children, and come for an hour of great music. Our Pittsburgh Symphony musicians want to reach out to their community, to let you know they are not just tuxedos and gowns on a stage but your neighbors who share your desire for a full and complete education for our children.
