Yoga is an integral part of my daily life. I was always fascinated by traditional Yoga since my early school days in my 1st home India. Now USA, my 2nd home, offered an opportunity and a perfect place to remember and practice all that I have learnt since my childhood days. I now am able to find peace of mind amidst chaos of every day. I believe that a healthy lifestyle can be exercised only after our mind is conditioned with awareness practices by classical yoga.
