While stationed in Germany, I had the opportunity to shadow and learn from some of the best bakers in the world, sparking my obsession with European products. After a bout with COVID, I developed several autoimmune disorders and switched my family to entirely naturally leavened products, which seemed to improve my health and significantly reduce inflammation.By day, I’m a Cancer Researcher for the government, a job I love. Making a positive impact on people’s lives is my passion. I hold a degree in Anthropology and a Master’s in Public Health. I’ve traveled to 57 countries and make it a point to take a cooking class in every country we visit. I’ve trained in Germany, France, Italy, and most recently at @risebakinglab in Canada.I work hard to produce the highest quality baked goods in Tampa Bay. Everything is organic, GMO-free, bromate-free, and free of additives and preservatives. We host pop-ups every Saturday with Flying Cattle Meat Market.
