Rosca x Hoste

Rosca is a Chicago-based bagel company rooted in Mexican heritage, founded by chef Felix Zepeda. Each sourdough bagel takes three days to craft from scratch, using freshly milled flour and locally sourced ingredients. Rosca’s menu celebrates both tradition and innovation, from the bold “Mexican Everything” to the nostalgic “Cinnamon Raisin Churro.” Beyond bagels, Rosca also features house-made cookies, café de olla, and aguas frescas.Now operating inside Hoste, a creative space in Pilsen that celebrates food, art, and community, Rosca continues to grow while staying true to its roots. Together, Rosca and Hoste bring people together around food, culture, and collaboration, building a home for both craft and community in the heart of Chicago.
