Ronda, is a native of South Bend, IN, but has lived in Georgia for over 30 years and been involved in many community service programs. She was deeply concerned when COVID-19 occurred and many of her friends and family where left with no financial options due to lack of education or a viable skill-set. Wanting to help others find FREE and affordable paths to education, training, an entrepreneurship she founded her non-profit Ready Set Dream Big Community Outreach. Her mission is to Empower, Inspire and Build People Up to go after their dreams and get what God has for them. She loves planning and hosting events that brings Love and Unity amongst others. This is her first major fundraising event and this Event will Honor and Celebrate women "Who Make It Happen" everyday through all sorts of obstacles. It’s NOT just a black thing,it’s a unity thing and we must unite as women and support each other. She promotes sisterhood, brotherhood, health, self-love, entrepreneurship, education, community leadership and ownership. Ronda Dillon is dedicated to helping people achieve their dreams and to break generational curses. Ronda is all about giving back, Inspiring others and using programs created to help those in need. She is going after everything that God has for her and she encourages you to do the same. She wants to make a difference and be a light wherever she goes. She wants everyone to know their worth and be what God has called you to be. In essence, she wants you to "DREAM BIG".Ronda is a successful IT Consultant who helps companies build and enhance their websites and mobile applications.Ronda is an entrepreneur and started a real estate property management business over 10 years ago to bring affordable housing to her community.Ronda is currently in discussions to build a subdivision in the DeKalb County area to offer custom homes to familes in the community.
