// About Roby Workshop // .............................. Roby Workshop is an art studio where you can learn to screen print, use handmade inks made from Stockport oak trees, make jewellery from recycled wood and generally have a lot of fun whilst expressing yourself. It's run by me - Wendy Roby - an artist and maker from Stockport. I have a CTLLS Further Education teaching qualification and have taken A LOT of art and sewing classes myself. My aim is to try to teach you methods and techniques you have a chance of replicating at home, without needing huge amounts of money or have loads of space and equipment. My classes are small (4-6 people) and very relaxed. You don't need to be amazing at drawing or sewing to make something wonderful, and I make sure everyone gets plenty of attention and encouragement.
