The Riviera Community Improvement Association, Inc. (RCIA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit led by residents of Riviera Beach in Pasadena, Maryland. We host events and fundraisers that support the upkeep, preservation, and care of our community’s waterfront, parks, and shared spaces. Every event helps strengthen connections among neighbors while raising funds to keep Riviera Beach safe, vibrant, and welcoming.
