The Richmond Film Network produces dynamic events that celebrate and elevate independent filmmaking. From the RFN Indie Fest, featuring diverse short and feature films, engaging Q&As, and interactive presentations, to the monthly Screenwriters' Lab, where scripts are workshopped with live table reads and professional feedback, RFN events are designed to foster creativity and community. Other signature programs include the Screenwriting Showdown competition, and the Show Your Work presentations, all with a strong focus on amplifying underrepresented voices, including women, BIPOC, LGBTQ, and regional talent.
