Dave Frank is the Owner and Instructor for RHINO Self-Defense CLE. Dave has 43 years of experience in the Law Enforcement field with experience ranging from being a patrol officer to a police administrator. Dave has served as a trainer for the departments he has served and specializes in the areas of firearms, defensive driving, active shooter response training, and 1st aid / CPR. He is also on the teaching staff on five different police academies teaching police cadets since 1992.Since 2017, Dave has been teaching self-defense classes empowering children, teens and adults. In addition to empowering families and individuals, one of his favorite ways to teach is to travel and train all throughout Ohio. He offers corporate training, active shooter reaction training and real estate professionals training, which is certified with the State of Ohio for agent to earn 3 ceu’s at the completion of trainingDave is ready to meet your training needs.
