    Revival of Cultural Arts is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which holds under its care the Carlotta K. Petrina Cultural Center located in the Historic District in Brownsville, Texas. In partnership with the City of Brownsville and numerous partners, ROCA oversees all programming at the Brownsville George Ramirez Performing Arts Academy in the heart of Downtown Brownsville.
