Rev Barbara K. Lofton

Ordained Minister, Motivational Speaker, Author, Psalmist, Teacher, and Liturgical Dancer Rev Lofton is a woman of God who lives on purpose!  She loves the Lord with all her heart, mind, and soul.  Her purpose is to know God better than the day before and to be a witness of His unfailing love and grace. A published author, her first book the “Cost of Favor”, was published on August 10, 2010.  This book is a testament of her life and how God’s favor comes with a cost.  Her second book just released, “Dear Butterfly Heart (Letters to Chanel)”, provides hope and healing for those who have experienced loss or to encourage others through her testimony. Lofton worked for the Department of Army for 24 years.  She retired as a Health Care Administrator November 2013.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Southern Illinois University (2002).  She holds a Master of Science Degree in Management (2004) and a second Master of Science Degree in Counseling and Psychology (2014) from Troy University. Lofton is pursuing a Doctorate in Christian Counseling from Colorado Theological Seminary.  She has a heart for God’s people and seeks to offer godly counsel to the lost and hurting.  She is a native Oklahoman.  Her husband, Ronnie Sr, was transferred by the Army to Fort Gordon, Georgia January 2000.  Her husband is now retired and they currently live in Georgia.
