Seamless event from food to speakers. I enjoy attending the REC functions, as they always offer up excellent Speakers with relevant current affairs info. Excellent opportunity to meet the local politicians face to face and hear too what other PSL residents consider the important issues of the day. Highly recommend. ”

I was shocked and dismayed when the new Chair stated his 100 yr old Mother was at the Paula Lewis Library Every Day for the Primaries. As the former Precinct Committeewoman, I never saw his Mother there and I know for a fact she was NOT there, let alone "Every Day" because I WAS there myself. I have plenty of witnesses. And even if the 100 yr old Mother was there, why did the new Chair NOT INTRODUCE me to his Mother? I'll tell you why. Because I was a mere afterthought at Paula Lewis Library to the new Chair/then Vice Chair. In fact, He fought me every step of my Volunteerism at the REC even before the Primaries. This is the very reason that I will NO LONGER VOLUNTEER for the REC. I've never volunteered for an Organization in which it's figurehead had SO much professional jealousy. Your new Chair just wants who he wants, and that's that. So be it. I will never do volunteer work for the REC again.
