Red Gable Cheese Workshops provides small hands on cheese making classes in our specially designed cheese kitchen. Our classes are small so you can actually be a part of the cheese making process. We are located on the beautiful Upper Cumberland Plateau 90 minutes from the cities of Nashville, Knoxville or Chattanooga. Come for the day or the weekend for a unique foodie experience.
