The Rainbow Community Center of Contra Costa County is located in Concord, CA. Rainbow builds community and promotes well-being among Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Questioning (LGBTQ) people and our allies. Rainbow offers comprehensive services including; clinical mental health services, homeless youth resources and services, HIV education and prevention services, programming for youth, adults and seniors, social and support groups, as well as professional development and training opportunities for companies, schools and government entities.
