Coordinators doesn’t inform about the location and time to the people who booked party. I booked the package of 3600 which includes morning holi party, evening pool party and then accommodation. My booking was successful but I got call saying accommodation is sold out. I requested for reimbursement and a request got placed for whole 3600 reimbursement. I got to know this once I reached Pushkar. Now I am following up to get the whole amount and it’s saying work in progress by support team. I booked this party for the first time and I had the worst experience.
