I attended the Saturday event with my cousin, who is a huge wrestling fan. Neither of us had been to the venue before, and overshot our turnoff from U.S. 460 initially. By the time we arrived, it was only a few minutes before the bell, and parking was very limited. The rec center was close to full, and the snack stand past the entry doors was doing a thriving business, which was understandable, given their very reasonable food and drink prices. The front-row seats were all taken, but we did find seats in the 2nd row. In the three hours that followed, there were numerous bouts, including a six-man tag-team match. All were entertaining and had the spectators engaged. I had never heard of any of the wrestlers involved and could not clearly hear announcements for the crowd noise. I do wish there had been a printed program available so I could know who I was seeing.
