Puente Hills Test Plot

The Puente Hills Test Plot project represents a partnership between the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation, the Los Angeles County Department of Economic Opportunity, the Puente Hills Youth@Work Cohort, and Test Plot. As a future gateway to the Puente Hills Regional Park, the project has been identified as an opportunity to build a community stewardship around key California native plant communities. In close collaboration with the California-based nonprofit Test Plot, the Puente Hills Youth@Work Cohort has led the design and implementation of over 7500 square-feet of native planting at the Workman Mill Road Staging Area.
