Project 31 is an innovative, Scottish Charitable IncorporatedOrganisation (SCIO) which seeksto enrich the experiences ofchildren and their families by engaging them in high quality,appropriate play and recreational activities which promote theirright to freely participate in cultural life and the arts andsupport the strengthening of community and family connections.
