The Police Emerald Society of the Hudson Valley is a fraternal organization comprised of Police and Peace Officers as well as community members from throughout the Hudson Valley region. The majority of our membership comes from Dutchess, Orange, Ulster and Putnam counties, however; we also have members from several other counties in the region. Most of our members are of Irish descent but all of our members are of Irish spirit. We currently have just under 150 police, peace, associate and honorary members, all of whom proudly promote law enforcement and the Irish culture and our membership grows each month.
