Follow Plymouth Historical MuseumI have always wondered about the Wilcox House. I was surprised when I was learned that it was originally owned by Mr. Markham (sp?) The guides were personable and I felt like I was listening to the real Mr Markham and his girlfriend. Had a chance to sit on the front porch before the tour and enjoyed the beautiful day and just watching the activity nearby. Enjoyed learning about the Markham and Wilcox families. Appreciate that Ernie allowed us to go through the home. I think all of us on the tour enjoyed it and had plenty of questions/comments for the guides. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to take a peek inside and learn a little history

This event was really well put-tpgether and user-friendly. Quite honestly, it very refreshing for an escape experience, in that it wasn't the claustrophobic feeling of being trapped in a room - possibly with strangers. The puzzles were clever and challenging without being impossible, and had enough twists thrown in to make a few "face palm" moments too. Being an experienced escape-room patron and a puzzle geek was a big bonus, but this would totally be fun for those new to escape experiences. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for elemt school kids. I don't know if there's an age limit) but anyone from a clever middle-schooler up shi be able to participate and enjoy.
