Pirin Ultra is a mountain ultramarathon, taking place in the heart of Pirin National Park, Bulgaria. The park is part of UNESCO World Heritage List and offers extremely suitable terrain for skyrunnning, as well as amazing, breathtaking views. Pirin Ultra marathon was first conducted in September 2016, when it accomplished great success among runners, visitors and all mountain running fans. With a length of 150km and 70km and a denivilation over 9000m/4000m, Pirin Ultra has definetly turned into the hardest ultramarathon, organized in Bulgaria ever.
