Philadelphia Recovery Training Center, PRTC

The Philadelphia Recovery Training Center (PRTC) is part of The Council of Southeast Pennsylvania, Inc., known in the community as PRO-ACT. PRTC supports and strengthens Philadelphia’s peer recovery community by providing professional development, training, and leadership opportunities for individuals impacted by addiction. Grounded in the values of peer support, self-direction, choice, and empowerment, PRTC prepares peers for employment and growth within recovery support services through community-driven planning and education.
