PPECF:Phenomenal Pearls Educational & Charitable Foundation is a section 501(c)(3) organization which serves the Houston community through events and services. Phenomenal Pearls Educational & Charitable Foundation's primary focus is to raise funds for scholarships to deserving high schools students in greater Houston, Katy, Alief, Cypress, Richmond, Rosenberg, and West Houston areas to pursue a college education. Funds will also be raised and utilized to provide health screening fairs and education materials.
