Follow Peaceful VibesLife can be stressful throwing your body off balance. Bring yourself back into balance with a one hour sound healing session. The wonderful sounds in a session can help your body relax so that stress, fatigue, and trouble falling asleep can start to disappear. Peaceful Vibes does in person and online sound healing sessions. Sessions can be either individual or group sessions. In my sound healing sessions I use singing bowls, bells, chimes, drums, and other soothing sounds to give the mind and body time to relax, recharge, and come into balance. At this point in time, Sound healing is not a cure, nor does it promise you that you will be healed of any illness or disease. What Sound healing DOES is that it helps you by supporting your body to come into balance mentally and physically and by doing this your body then has the ability to help itself to heal.
