This seminar creates a space where Houstonians and their families can come together and connect with caretakers and service providers to gather the resources necessary to make the best decisions for themselves and take concrete steps in planning a beautiful, easy transition. Where professionals who are passionate about serving Seniors and Caregivers can network and offer their services.At the Peaceful Planning Project, we will discuss various options for caring for loved ones during life, the importance of having comprehensive end of life and estate planning, resources that are available to this community, and the ways we can mentally, emotionally, and spiritually care for ourselves through change and loss.
