I’m Rebecca, a yoga teacher who loves creating space for people to pause, breathe, move and make. My sessions blend yoga, rest and creativity to help you feel good in yourself and a little lighter in life. Alongside teaching in our bespoke studio, I run workshops and lead retreats in the UK and overseas. I also write for OM Yoga Magazine and share yoga at festivals.
