The event was relegated to the wave pool--WITHOUT WAVES. Too bad, as we, South (Santa Monica) Bay locals, were hoping to use the event as a test run for artificial "surf" conditions at PSSC while supporting PSAS. We'll just keep surfing REAL waves off the SoCal coast.
