The Palace Productions rose out of the fall of the Red Palace, the only dedicated venue for variety and alternative arts. Melina Afzal (aka Mel), the Red Palace former variety show talent buyer and sound engineer knew that although the house was closed, the shows must go on! On January 1st, 2013, the Palace Productions emerged with the mission to continue to provide quality burlesque, sideshow, and vaudeville shows throughout the Washington Metro area. Along with being a production company, we are a booking agency providing you with experiences and professional talent for shows, special occasions and evens.
