40 years ago, a group of caring individuals came together in a church basement to create hope for people on the road to recovery from addiction. Their support was not flashy, but it was consistent, in good times and in bad and it was given freely. The support came in the form of the kindness that one person shares with another to make life a little better. This Attitude of Gratitude continues today, serving hundreds of people on their road to recovery one day at a time for the past 40 years.
