Oreathia Smith graduated from the University of Southern California (2011) with her MFA in Writing for the Screen and Television. She is the 2016 BlueCat Screenplay Contest Winner. Oreathia Smith was also one of the four writers of the hit web-series Mis-Adventures of an Awkward Black Girl starring Issa Rae/Insecure.
