Operation Juliet was founded by Dallas Knight, an Army combat veteran, with the mission to provide female veterans a safe space for healing, growth, and community. After facing challenges of her own transitioning to civilian life, Dallas recognized the need for a program specifically designed for women like her—those who served but still carry the invisible scars of war.
