For over 60 years, Open Heart UMC (formerly South Maple United Methodist Church) has impacted thousands of members in the Rapid City community and beyond. That impact comes through serving meals, working on international mission projects through the United Methodist Committee on Relief, providing food resources through the Free Little Pantry, and encouraging young people to grow in faith through children's and youth programming. The people of Open Heart hear the call to serve as Christ asks: with non-judgement and open-hearted compassion.
