At One WillCo: We dialogue across racial, political, and religious lines, sharing ideas so our proposed solutions address the right problems. We research the data and present reasonable, actionable solutions to our Superintendent and Board of Education. We offer grassroots support for Black and brown faculty and staff. We work to build support for racial equity in our schools. We partner with other local organizations to strengthen our collective efforts. We create a safe place where community members can move from observation to action.
