This three class White Allyship mini-course teaches the R.A.C.E Method (TM) developed by Dr David Campt of The Dialogue Company. Anti-Racism Dialogue classes teach a different approach to responding to statement you find problematic. Using compassion, empathy and our own stories of racial progress and racial bias, we plant seeds of awareness and new understanding. Step by step, facilitators, Joanne Ferguson Cavanaugh, MLS, and Suzanne King, MPS, will teach you how to build bridge a bridge across racial divide one brick, one conversation and one story at a time. It is a journey into ourselves and our beliefs. It encourages deepening our understanding of and strengthening our compassion for ourselves and one another.
