Olga Fladmark is a figurative sculptor living and working in Bath. From an artistic family, of Norwegian and English extraction, she grew up in Scotland and studied sculpture for five years at Edinburgh College of Art. She studied under figurative sculptor Vincent Butler leaning traditional techniques, working from the model, casting life-sized work in plaster and small pieces in bronze, then specialising in stone carving. Olga also paints, has a degree in Art History from Edinburgh University and has taught art workshops in schools. She is keen to share her knowledge, encourage and inspire others to take up sculpture.
