Ronald Guidry Jr. is an executive leader with more than 15 years of experience in public administration, infrastructure management, financial oversight, and environmental stewardship. He has led complex organizations across federal, state, nonprofit, and private sectors, with a career focused on modernizing infrastructure, strengthening water and agricultural systems, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability.Ronald most recently served as State Executive Director of the USDA Farm Service Agency (2022–2025), where he directed statewide federal programs related to agriculture, water management, and disaster recovery, overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets and capital projects. In this role, he served as a key liaison between federal agencies, local governments, and the private sector to advance resilient resource management and infrastructure investment across Louisiana.He is the Founder and Owner of Farm Dat, LLC, a sustainable agriculture and water resource management enterprise, and the Founder of Farmhands International, a nonprofit advocating for sustainable farming, water conservation, and climate adaptation. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Dillard University and is a public speaker and media contributor on infrastructure, resilience, and community development.
