Mission: The mission of the Oklahoma Caribbean Heritage Community (OCHA) is to bring the Caribbean community together to celebrate its heritage and enlighten the local community about our culture, build beneficial relationships, aid members in transitioning to life in Oklahoma, invest in service initiatives to enhance lives of its members, in addition to the lives of the local and extended communities.Vision: To share the best of our Caribbean values with our children and the broader community.
