The only reason I’m giving this a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the appetizers. They should not even be advertised as part of the package. One place I got a small Kit Kat, another was a tiny Reese’s tree, a cup of Chex mix? Come on. These aren’t winery appetizers. I wasn’t expecting a full size appetizer, but these were not acceptable at all. One place did offer a small cup of soup and another had an olive tampenade but only gave us 2 crackers. I don’t know. I just felt like that was false advertising. The wine tasting itself was great. Each place I visited offered a nice selection and if you’re a drinker this is definitely a lot of fun. The Christmas Tree was really cute and it came with lights and a ribbon. The ornaments were very small but appropriate for the tree. Honestly I think you just need to remove the appetizer portion from the experience and it would have been great. But telling us “complimentary appetizers” at each location was really false advertising.
