Was told to purchase tickets on the gate, Travelled from South Wales to take our Granson to the show only to be turned away saying it was full?

Way too many tickets sold in my opinion for the size of area available, was packed shoulder to shoulder by the rides and more still being allowed in the gate all night long, parking was terrible cars hitting each other, also the rides could of been better organised with a Q system it was a free for all soon as the ride stopped and dangerous. Also the q for food and coffees was terrible over half hour in a Q for a burger, in my opinion and others we spoke to at the event way too many allowed in should of been tickets only and no walk ups, far far too crowded.

I did not attend event die to being stuck at work as I work in community care . I asked for a refund but have not heard anything back at all .
