We are Autumn (Mom + Postpartum Doula + Nature Therapy Guide) and Angela (Mom + Nurse + Yogi). We are passionate about creating a loving, welcoming space where women can feel truly supported and seen. As nature lovers, we weave the healing power of the outdoors into every part of the retreat, from mindful walks to restorative moments under the sky. We understand the beautiful struggle of motherhood, so we’ve designed this retreat to nurture the nurturer. We can't wait to welcome you!
