The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Inland Empire Professionals Chapter is a dynamic organization dedicated to supporting and empowering Black engineers in the Inland Empire region of Southern California. As a part of the larger NSBE network, which is committed to increasing the number of culturally responsible Black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community, the chapter focuses on professional development, networking, and community outreach.They host events, workshops, and mentorship opportunities to foster career growth, facilitate knowledge-sharing, and promote diversity and inclusion within the engineering field. The chapter also works to inspire the next generation of engineers through partnerships with local schools and organizations, providing guidance and resources to students interested in STEM careers.
