Northside Community Resources

Northside Community Resources (NCR) was organized in 1952 as the Rogers Park Community Council (RPCC) to improve the quality of life in Rogers Park through social, civic and educational initiatives that foster health and welfare, urban renewal and conservation, law enforcement, and community organizing. NCR and its Community Development Corporation help prevent foreclosure, preserve affordable housing, provide home repairs for seniors and promote immigrants’ adaptation to the community.
