With an approach rooted in curiosity, empathy, and strategic thinking, I guide people to connect with their realest selves, define their unique meaning, speak with integrity and purpose, and choose their marble.My approach combines practical skills with creative approaches, offering a space to think big while making tangible progress.When I’m not coaching or leading workshops, you’ll probably find me reading, writing, hiking, crafting, or hanging out with my husband and our rescued family: Henry, Emerson, Chester, and Sketti (two dogs, a cat, and a leopard gecko).
