Community Development Lending We finance community development projects that support affordable housing, essential community services, programs for at-risk adults and children, health services, historic and green space preservation, energy efficiency and sustainability for business owners and their employees. Training and Technical Assistance We provide trainings and free workshops designed to help business owners and non-profit leaders grow. Our trainings tackle important issues like financial planning, sales, marketing, and human resources. We also provide one-on-one mentoring. We help our clients get to the next level.
