NeuroRoots - Wildly Wired is an initiative of YANA Gaia Holistic Services. They are a late diagnosed Autistic and ADHD adult, who found there was no post-diagnostic support after diagnosis for someone at this stage of life. As a qualified Forest School Leader and Outdoor Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner with over 15 years’ experience in NHS services, employment programmes, and community-based projects. NeuroRoots specialises in inclusive, nature-based approaches to understanding Neurodiversity late in life. NeuroRoots creates gentle, supportive spaces where those diagnosed later in life—can reconnect with themselves and the natural world through mindfulness, movement, and creative reflection. Their events are welcoming, sensory-friendly, and designed to meet you just as you are.
