Hi! :)I'm Nesha (pronounced as Nee-sha), and I'm a self-taught artist and founder of Nesha Canvas Creations (Instagram @nesha_canvascreations).Since officially embarking on my artistic journey in 2019 (though I've been creating all my life!), I have dedicated myself to help others reconnect with their inner child and rediscover themselves through art and creativity; just as it helped me through my own mental health struggles.I create custom artwork using acrylic paint, sell my own designs, and host events and workshops.I believe in the incredible healing power of art, and advocate for creativity as a means to support our mental wellbeing.By sharing my artwork, and speaking openly about my own vulnerabilities and mental health struggles, I hope to inspire others to find a way to reconnect with their inner child, and remove some of the stigma that prevent people from being able to talk about their own mental health.This journey hasn't always been easy, but the support from people like you mean the world, and I cannot thank you enough!
