Neico is the visionary and host of Becoming HER, a movement birthed as she celebrated her 50th birthday. In seeking God for more in her career, ministry, relationships, and every aspect of her life, she recognized He was calling her higher. Out of that calling, she gathered a few of her thriving friends to help inspire and encourage women to pursue everything God has for them. Truly stepping into “such a time as this” (Esther 4:14). With a career in education for over 19 years, Neico has devoted her life to serving others. She enjoys making meaningful connections and helping families access the resources they need to grow and thrive. Now stepping into entrepreneurship with her new venture, she continues to walk boldly in her purpose while empowering women to rise, thrive, and become all they are called to be.
