The Navarro Group was founded by Mr. Mauricio Navarro in July of 2000, now celebrating its 21st year in business. Partner and wife Norma Navarro also plays a key role in this wife and husband team. Both proud Mexican immigrants and 100% minority owned business; the Navarro Group serves as the Executive Producer of the Dallas St. Patrick’s Parade and Festival, along as partners of the new Dia de Los Muertos Parade and Festival, for Dallas and Houston both taking place late in 2021. The Agave Fest is a new Navarro Group experience, hopefully expanding to multiple markets across the SW.
