The National Landlord Investment Show is the UK’s Number One landlord & property investment exhibition. Our shows connect thousands of landlords, investors & property professionals and are a beacon for anyone with an interest in buy-to-let or the private rented sector. We have everything you could conceivably need as a landlord or potential investor, including: Legal Advice, Finance Suppliers, Investment Opportunities, Tax Experts, Property Management, Education & Mentoring, Proptech, Furnishings / Decor and myriad other helpful services. You’ll not find a spread of exhibitors so extensive at any other show. Started by Steve and Tracey Hanbury in May 2013, the National Landlord Investment Show has grown exponentially year-on-year. To date we’ve successfully delivered 70+ live exhibitions at key locations across the UK. Our show locations are carefully selected to ensure both attendees and exhibitors get the most from each event. Being landlords we know exactly what the sector requires, and how to translate that into producing top quality shows. In November 2018 we added the National LIS Awards to our portfolio - a prestigious event at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. To keep you informed we publish Landlord Investor (Li) Magazine which showcases the very best news, views and advice from the cream of the industry, and in 2019 we successfully launched the Landlord Investors Club (LIC). During the challenges of lockdown we added online shows to our roster, delivering 4 huge virtual events over 2020 & 2021, and as of June 2021 we launched Landlord Investor Hour, our very own online TV platform.
